Final Developer's Agreement meeting scheduled for <br />March 25th. First phase (4 homes) available summer of 1991. Jeff Joyer. <br />2. Brandywood (Birch Street by 12th Avenue): <br />Final plat approved. $58,000 letter of credit needed for rough grading. Cutting <br />and grubbing begun. First phase (25 homes) available summer of 1991. <br />Dennis Erickson. <br />3. Pheasant Hills Preserve (Birch Street): <br />Preliminary plat approved. Developer's Agreement completed. No letters of <br />credit submitted to city. Developer looking for investors. Ed Vaughan <br />4. Reshanau Park (North end of Reshanau Lake): <br />Final plat for final addition to be submitted in 30 days. No development <br />agreement needed as improvements are completed. Sales good. Gary Uhde. <br />5. Weaver Property (East of Lakes Addition on Birch Streets): <br />With availability of sewer, landowners have been approached by at least three <br />developers. Owners are presently looking at retaining homestead and selling <br />land. Possible 1992 development. <br />6.
