1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />ILO - <br />COUNCIL MINUTES APRIL 8, 1991 <br />The regular meeting of the Lino Lakes City Council was called to <br />order by Mayor Bisel at 6:30 P.M., Monday, April 8, 1991. <br />Council Members present: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />Council Members absent: none. City Attorney, Bill Hawkins; <br />Engineer's, Dan Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; Planner, John <br />Miller; Chief of Police, Dean Campbell; Administrator, Randy <br />Schumacher and Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson were also <br />present. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the consent agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />OPEN MIRE <br />DISPOSITION ITEM <br />March 29, 1991 ,, Approved <br />April 8, 1991 Approved <br />Centennial Fire <br />Department Approved <br />Frank Kern, 2019 Otter Lake Drive asked Mayor Bisel to allow <br />three (3) people to speak under Open Mike regarding the <br />preliminary plat of Oak Brook Peninsula. This item will be <br />considered by the Council later this evening. Mr. Kern explained <br />that he felt the public hearing was adjourned before all the <br />citizens had the opportunity to speak. Mayor Bisel asked that <br />the speakers under Open Mike limit their comments to three (3) or <br />four (4) minutes each. <br />Mr. Kern said that the City Planner had told the Council that <br />the developer of Oak Brook Peninsula had obtained all of the <br />necessary permits. He noted that a Department of Natural <br />Resources (DNR) permit has not been issued for the channel <br />crossing. He noted that the developer has not even applied for <br />the permit. <br />Linda Elliott, 2001 Otter Labe Drive explained that she had <br />written a letter to the Council dated April 7, 1991 regarding the <br />Otter Bay Peninsula preliminary plat. Ms. Elliott read the <br />letter to the Council. This letter can be found in the Otter Bay <br />Peninsula plat file. <br />PAGE 1 <br />
