OF THE CITY OF LINO LAKES BY <br />REZONING CERTAIN REAL ESTATE TO R -3 MEDIUM DENSITY. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota does ordain: <br />Ordinance No. 02 of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, passed by the <br />City Council on May 24, 1983 is hereby amended by rezoning from Single Family (R- <br />1) to Medium Density (R -3), pursuant to the provisions of the Zoning Ordinance of the <br />City of Lino Lakes, the following described real estate: <br />The legal description is attached. <br />11. <br />Save as above amended, said Ordinance No. 2 shall stand as initially passed and as <br />previously amended. <br />This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and <br />publication according to City Charter. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 8th day of April 1991. <br />Harold L.
