Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel gg <br />Neal gg <br />Abstained: none <br />Motion carried <br />Bohjanen gg <br />Reinert IN <br />unanimously. <br />Kuether <br />Consideration of a Variance to Permit a Private Street in Oak <br />Brook Peninsula, DRB Application No. 90 -66 - Mayor Bisel <br />explained that a letter was received today from the DNR regarding <br />the bridge proposed for the Oak Brook Peninsula. The letter <br />referred to requirements of the Lino Lakes Shoreland Management <br />Ordinance. Mayor Bisel read the letter and suggested that this <br />agenda item be tabled until the letter can be reviewed by staff. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to table agenda Item 6E. Council <br />Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Setting a Date for a Public Hearing for a Request to Rezone Land <br />Owned by Gary and Darlene Barott - Council Member Bohjanen moved <br />to set the public hearing for Tuesday, May 28, 1991 at 7:15 P.M. <br />Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br />The Council took a five (5) minute recess at 8:15 P.M. <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Acceptance of Easement, Woodridge Estates - Mr. Schneider <br />explained that the easement is required for the purpose of <br />constructing a bicycle path as shown on the preliminary plat. He <br />recommended approval of the easement. Council Member Reinert <br />moved acceptance of the easement.
