The road and bridge whether public or private will be built
to existing City standards.
Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion.
VOTING ON THE MOTION:
Bisel
Neal gi
Absent: none
Motion carried.
Bohjanen
Reinert El
Kuether
Reconsideration of a Minor Subdivision, Ken and Gail Judd, DRB
Application No. 91 -09 - Mr. Miller explained that this matter was
considered by the Council at the April 22, 1991 Council meeting
and the request was denied. Further information is available on
the matter and Mr. Miller asked the Council to reconsider their
decision. Mr. Miller explained that this request is similar to
the request from Cheryl Nelson on Rice Lake Drive in 1990. The
Council granted her a minor subdivision with the stipulation that
the newly created lot cannot be built on until sewer and water is
available to service the property. In addition, the lot
containing the present Nelson home was required to hook up to
sewer and water as soon as it was available.
It was noted that the Judd property has been surveyed and the
present septic system will be entirely contained on the newly
created smaller lot. Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve
the minor subdivision for Ken and Gail Judd, DRB Application No.
91 -09. Council Member Neal seconded the motion.
VOTING ON THE MOTION:
Bisel
Neal
Bohjanen
Reinert
Absent: none
Motion passed unanimously.
ENGINEER'S REPORT
Kuether
El
Resolution No. 38 - 91 Approving Transfer of Funds From the Sewer
and Water Enterprise Fund to the Connection and Area Charge
Capital Project Fund for the Last On -Half of 1990 - Mr. Schneider
explained that Bond sales in 1987 and 1989 projected that
revenues from utility system charges would provide partial
payment of the Bonds. In 1990 $60,6445.00 was transferred to the
Bond Fund and the present consideration is for another transfer
PAGE 7
1
