196 <br />COUNCIL MEETING <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />DATE : June 10, 1991 <br />TIME STARTED : 6:35 P.M. <br />TIME ENDED : 8:07 P.M. <br />MEMBERS PRESENT: Bisel, Bohjanen, Kuether, Neal, Reinert <br />MEMBERS ABSENT : None <br />Staff members present: Attorney, Bill Hawkins, Engineer's Dan <br />Boxrud and Darrell Schneider; Administrator, Randy Schumacher and <br />Clerk - Treasurer Marilyn Anderson. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the Consent Agenda as <br />presented. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />DISBURSEMENTS: <br />OPEN MIKE <br />ITEM DISPOSITION <br />May 31, 1991 Approved <br />June 10, 1991 Approved <br />Centennial Fire Dept. Approved <br />REGULAR AGENDA <br />Darla Lowell, 6559 - 24th Avenue presented a letter to the City <br />Council regarding her request for a variance for the improvement <br />of 66th Street. She noted that she had attended the previous <br />Council meeting and did not have a response to her presentation <br />until 5:30 P.M. this afternoon. She gave a brief background of <br />her requests. <br />Mrs. Lowell explained that she has done everything that has been <br />requested by the City Staff and said she is upset about how the <br />entire matter has been handled. She noted that if anyone gives a <br />service they should be held accountable for the service. Mrs. <br />Lowell explained that she could continue with an attorney but <br />felt that she should try to resolve the matter herself. Mrs. <br />Lowell explained that she had paid for a feasibility report and <br />PAGE 1 <br />
