- 210 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 53 - 91 <br />PAGE -2- <br />White Bear Lake, Minnesota for the construction of the <br />Pheasant Hills Preserve improvement according to the <br />plans and specifications therefor approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk in <br />the amount of $413,255.00. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of June, <br />c/L<1991. <br />Harold L.
