1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JUNE 10, 1991 <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT <br />Resolution No. 53 - 91 Awarding Bid for Pheasant Hills Preserve, <br />Dan Boxrud - Mr. Boxrud explained that the low bid was <br />considerable lower than the next bidder. He has checked with the <br />bidder who indicated that he is satisfied with his bid. He has <br />provided six (6) references. Mr. Boxrud recommended that <br />Resolution No. 53 - 91 be adopted. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to adopt Resolution No. 53 - 91. <br />Council Member Neal seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Kuether <br />Approving Plans and Specifications and Ordering Bids for 1991 <br />Seal Coat Program - Mr. Boxrud explained that the Public Works <br />Department visually rated streets and determined which streets <br />should receive a sealcoat in 1991 considering the available <br />budget. The bidding documents have been prepared and Mr. Boxrud <br />recommended approval that they be approved. Council Member <br />Reinert moved to approve plans and specifications and ordering <br />bids for the 1991 Seal Coat Program. Council Member Bohjanen <br />seconded the motion. <br />VOTING ON THE MOTION: <br />Bisel <br />Neal <br />Abstained: none <br />Bohjanen <br />Reinert <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />Kuether Eg <br />Set Public Hearing for Preliminary Plat for Amelia Lake Estates <br />for 7:15 P.M., July 8, 1991 - Council Member Kuether moved to <br />set the public hearing. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the <br />motion. Motion carried unanimously. <br />Resolution No. 40 - 91 Receiving Report and Calling Hearing on <br />Improvement, Amelia Lake Estates for 7:30 P.M., July 8, 1991 - <br />Mr. Boxrud reviewed the feasibility report for this proposed <br />subdivision. He noted the location of the subdivision and <br />explained that the developer plans to develop in phases.
