The City of Lino Lakes has
received a letter from the City of Circle Pines that would
terminate the cooperative use of the Lino Lakes well when Circle
Pines puts a water treatment plant into operation with a complete
termination of the joint usage of facilities no later than August
30, 1992. The schedule presented in Part I of the Water Study
provides for the City Council ordering a further study of a water
storage facility.
Mr. Schneider said he felt it was important that the City Council
meet in a work session and be involved and give input into the
design and size of the water storage facility.
