The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with <br />their bids, except that the deposits of the successful <br />bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained <br />until a contract has been signed. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 25th day of June, <br />1991. <br />Harold L. Bi e , Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Council Member Bohjanen and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Neal, Bisel, Reinert, Bohjanen. <br />The following voted against same: None, Council Member Kuether was absent. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed. <br />
