268 <br />COUNCIL MEETING JULY 8, 1991 <br />Consideration and Approval of Easements from Edward E. and <br />Delores Vaughan and Agnes C. LaMotte for the Pheasant Hills <br />Preserve and Brandywood Estates Improvements - Mr. Hawkins <br />explained that these easements are necessary for the improvements <br />to continue as planned. Council Member Reinert moved to approve <br />the easements. Council Member Bohjanen seconded the motion. <br />Motion carried unanimously. <br />OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />NEW BUSINESS <br />Consideration and Approval of a 3.2 Beer License, Cabaret License <br />and Gambling License for St. Joseph Catholic Church - Mrs. <br />Anderson explained that the licenses are requested for the annual <br />Fall Festival. The applications are complete and a Certificate <br />of Insurance has been provided. The Chief of Police has <br />indicated that issues of concern have been addressed and he <br />anticipates no problems. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the 3.2 Beer License, <br />Cabaret License and Gambling License for St. Joseph Catholic <br />Church. Council Member Kuether seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Consideration and Approval of a Cabaret License, 49 club - Mrs. <br />Anderson explained that the Cabaret License is for the Harvest <br />Festival to be held on August 2 and August 3, 1991. The forms <br />are completed and Chief Campbell has indicated that all issues of <br />concern have been addressed and he anticipates no problems. <br />Council Member Bohjanen moved to approve the Cabaret License for <br />the 49 Club. Council Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Beer License Request for Lino Lakes Lion's Club for Lino Days - <br />Mayor Bisel presented the application for the Beer License for <br />Lino Days for August 17, 1991 to be held at Sunrise Park. <br />Council Member Neal moved to approve the Beer License. Council <br />Member Reinert seconded the motion. Motion carried with Mayor <br />Bisel abstaining. <br />Set Ways and Means Committee Meeting - The meeting was set for <br />Thursday, July 11, 1991 at 8:00 A.M. <br />Council Member Reinert moved to adjourn at 10:27 P.M.
