310 <br />Council Member Bohjanen <br />moved its adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 70 — 91 <br />A RESOLUTION ADJUSTING NON -UNION CITY EMPLOYEE ANNUAL COMPENSATION <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />WHEREAS, <br />the Ways and Means Committee has reviewed the <br />recommendations of the City Administrator for all non- <br />union City employees, andc <br />a 4% cost of living adjustment has been proposed for <br />all full time employees, and <br />a merit adjustment has been considered for certain <br />personnel 'displaying exceptional attitude and <br />accomplishment in their position, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the following attached schedule <br />be adopted, indicating compensation adjustments for all non -union <br />city employees (See attachment "A "). <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of July, 1991. <br />,7 / n J✓ ��' ..' - ��./t_ /lye(.. <br />i3J <br />Z1j4 <br />Harold L.
