44 <br />Council member Neal <br />introduced the <br />following resolution and move its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 05 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF MONIES FROM <br />THE 1991 CONSTRUCTION FUND TO THE INTERIM CONSTRUCTION <br />FUND AND FROM THE CONTRACTOR DEPOSIT FUND TO THE 1991 <br />CONSTRUCTION FUND <br />WHEREAS, Bonds have been sold to pay for various projects, and <br />WHEREAS, previous years costs have been incurred, and <br />WHEREAS, various costs were paid from contractor's deposits and <br />should not have been. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the following transfers be made <br />retroactive to December 31, 1991. <br />Interim Construction Fund (550) <br />Contractor's Deposits (803) <br />1991 Construction Fund (570) <br />INCREASE DECREASE <br />$76,550.06 <br />1,319.98 <br />($77,870.04) <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 13th day of January, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
