92 <br />Council Member Elliott introduced the following <br />resolution and moved its adoption" <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 — 20 <br />RESOLUTION OPPOSING DETACHMENT OF CERTAIN PROPERTY FROM LINO LAKES <br />AND ANNEXATION BY THE CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />WHEREAS: a certain petition has been filed with the Minnesota <br />Municipal Board requesting detachment of certain property <br />from the City of Lino Lakes and annexation of the same <br />property to the City of Centerville; (see attached map <br />for location) <br />WHEREAS: this property is zoned Light Industrial (LI) and is <br />located within the MUSA boundary; <br />WHEREAS: the property was included in the 1991 Interchange Study, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA: <br />that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes hereby <br />declares its opposition to the proposed detachment of certain <br />property from the City of Lino Lakes and annexation by the <br />City of Centerville. <br />Adopted by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day <br />of February, 1992. <br />Vernon F. Reinert, Mayor <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, Clerk - Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member Neal and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Neal, Kuether, Reinert, Elliott. <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />
