1 <br />1 <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION 5 FEBRUARY 1992 <br />council level. The council again thanked Mr Chase for coming this evening. <br />Mr. Schumacher went on to review the upcoming council agenda. Mr. Schumacher <br />explained that a meeting would be held to discuss the Ron Birch lawsuit. Mayor <br />Reinert expressed his desire to be able to resolve this issue soon. Mr. Schumacher <br />also explained that the Paul Howard litigation was over. <br />Mr. Schumacher brought the council up to date on County Road J, and what the <br />process on this project would be. The council agreed that the upgrade was a good <br />thing for Lino Lakes. Also discussed was Apollo Drive and the Palumbo litigation. <br />The council discussed the consolidation and annexation proposals now being faced <br />from Centerville. The council agreed that this type of atmosphere is not conducive <br />to that of good neighbors. Mayor Reinert asked if a meeting could be set up with the <br />City of Centerville. Mr. Schumacher replied that he would contact Centerville. <br />Meeting was adjourned. <br />2 <br />
