Review Regular Council Agenda of November 24, 2014 - <br />19 <br />20 3A) Hiring of Public Services - Park Maintenance Position- City Administrator <br />21 Karlson explained the staff recommendation to hire Mr. Donald Jensen based on his <br />22 experience and ranking. <br />23 <br />24 3B 2015 Fee Schedule — After a brief explanation of the schedule, the council <br />25 discussed the possibility of publishing the entire fee schedule for public visibility. Based <br />26 on the availability of the fees on the city Web site and larger cost of newspaper <br />27 publishing, the council elected to publish the summary. <br />28 <br />29 6A) Lino Lakes Development aka White Pine Senior Living — City Planner Larsen <br />30 reviewed the proposed development. Staff is requesting approval of a development <br />31 contract and final plat. The council reviewed the development at their last meeting. <br />32 Mayor Reinert expressed some concern about the density in the development. Staff <br />33 offered information on how the site is guided under the city's comp plan. <br />34 <br />35 6C) Professional Services Contract with WSB for Birch/Centerville Road Street <br />36 and Utility Improvements- Community Development Director Grochala explained that <br />37 this is part of the development of the area. With sewer and street improvements in the <br />38 area, engineering design services are needed and this contract would engage WSB for the <br />39 work. <br />40 <br />41 6D) Special Assessment for Individual Utility Connection- City Engineer Hankee <br />42 noted that the city received a utility connection request from an individual property owner <br />43 at 6498 12th Av S.
