158 <br />Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution and <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKE <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 38 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT OF BLACK DUCK ESTATES, <br />SECOND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS; there have been recognized soil and water problems in the <br />area, <br />the Corp of Army Engineer's (CORP) has jurisdiction over <br />many of the wetland areas, <br />this portion of this area was previously considered to be <br />a Lakes Addition and later Lake Crest Addition, <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS; <br />it is necessary to extend a park trail system through the <br />area, <br />there are existing sewer and water utilities available to <br />the site, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Lino Lakes City Council, <br />that these matters have been fully addressed in the design of <br />the proposed preliminary plat, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the preliminary plat of Black Duck <br />Estates, Second Addition be approved as submitted by the City <br />Engineer. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 9th day of March, 1992. <br />Vernon F.
