244 <br />COUNCIL MINUTES <br />APRIL 13, 1992 <br />on July 3, 1992 and the license has been inactive. Council <br />Member Bergeson explained that the Centennial Hockey Association <br />had approached the owner of Shirley Kaye's regarding a pull tab <br />operation. They had received approval from the owner but later <br />the approval was withdrawn. Mrs. Anderson explained that she had <br />not received an application for a gambling license from any other <br />organization. Therefore, regardless of the wishes of the owner, <br />no other organization can use the facility for gambling purposes. <br />Council Member Kuether moved to approve the Centennial Fire <br />Relief Association request for a gambling license renewal at <br />Shirley Kaye's. Council Member Neal seconded the motion. Motion <br />carried unanimously. <br />Common Ground Meeting - Mr. Schumacher explained that another <br />meeting of the Common Ground Committee is scheduled for April 29, <br />1992 at 6:30 P.M. at the Centennial Fire Station. Each Council <br />Member is asked to submit a survey of issues to Mr. Schumacher. <br />The administrators from the various cities will consolidate the <br />surveys. <br />Council Member Neal moved to adjourn at 8:35 P.M. Council Member <br />Kuether seconded the motion.
