270 <br />Council Member Elliott introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />--CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 92 - 59 <br />RESOLUTION REQUESTING MN /DOT TO RECONVEY EXCESS RIGHTS -OF -WAY <br />RESULTING FROM PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS TO T.H. 49 (HODGSON ROAD) <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has proposed a Cooperative <br />Construction Agreement for improvements to T.H. 49 <br />(Hodgson Road) and these proposed improvements result in <br />excess Mn /DOT rights -of -way, and <br />WHEREAS, the excess rights -of -way combined with the "parcel <br />remainder ", due to the realignment, will result in a <br />parcel of land adequate for development, <br />NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />That the City of Lino Lakes requests Mn /DOT to reconvey excess <br />rights -of -way resulting from the proposed improvement to T.H. <br />49 (Hodgson Road) <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 13th day of April, <br />1992. <br />Vernon F.
