1 <br />COUNCIL WORK SESSION MAY 3, 1995 <br />although the Lunds are donating the property, there will be <br />expenses of approximately $3,000.00 to get the parcel detached <br />from the balance of the Lund property, register the property in <br />the name of the City and to upgrade the parcel with gravel base <br />and blacktop.
