She <br />noted that the members of these groups have been very devoted and <br />have given a lot of their time to the project. The final growth <br />advisory group session started at 7:00 P.M. and ended at <br />midnight. <br />The final draft documents will be completed this week and they <br />will be mailed to all of the advisory group members and to the <br />City Council. Prior to mailing these documents, Ms. Sullivan and <br />Mr. Tesch will meet individually with staff and with the City <br />Council to outline the intent behind the recommendations of each <br />advisory group. The groups will review the documents to make <br />sure that they are comfortable with all of the recommendations <br />and to make sure that they are in alignment with what initially <br />came out of the 20/20 forums. The advisory group leaders will be <br />meeting over the next two (2) weeks to prepare their <br />presentations for the final forum. The "dress rehearsal" will be <br />held on June 27, 1995.
