156 <br />Council Member Bergeson introduced the following Ordinance and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95 -13 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX C OF THE CITY CODE (SIGN <br />REGULATIONS) REPEALING ADVERTISING SIGNS WITHIN THE SC, GB, <br />LI AND GI ZONING DISTRICTS. <br />The City Council of the City of Lino Lakes ordains: <br />Section 1. Section III, Subd. B (Residential District Sign Requirements) is <br />amended to add the following: <br />5_ Advertising Sim Advertising signs, as defined by Section II, Subd. F of <br />Ordinance, are prohibited in the RI, R- I X, R3, R4, R6, R7 Zoning <br />Districts. <br />Section 2. Section III, Subd. C (LB District Sign Requirements) is amended to <br />add the following: <br />Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by Section 11, Subd. F of <br />this Ordinance, are prohibited in the LB Zoning District. <br />Section 3. Section 111, Subd. D (NB District Sign Requirements) is amended to <br />add the following: <br />Advertising Signs: Advertising signs, as defined by Section II, Subd. F of <br />this Ordinance, are prohibited in the NB Zoning District. <br />Section 4. Section II1, Subd. E.3 (SC District Advertising Sign Requirements) is <br />amended to read as follows: <br />3.
