Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-13 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A MINOR SUBDIVISION OF OUTLOT A, RESHANAU <br />PARK ESTATES, 2ND ADDITION TO PROVIDE FOR A PUBLIC TRAIL <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has determined it is in the public interest to provide a public <br />trail corridor to connect Black Duck Drive to the Rice Creek Chain of Lakes Regional Park <br />Reserve, and <br />WHEREAS, the City and the owner of Outlot A, Reshanau Park Estates 2nd Addition have <br />agreed on terms for the City's acquisition of land for part of the public trail corridor, and <br />WHEREAS, the land for the trail corridor is described on the attached legal description and <br />survey <br />(see attached), <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the minor <br />subdivision of Outlot A, Reshanau Park Estates 2nd Addition as described. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council ` 22nd day of January, 2001 <br />Ry- 1 hel Gaustad, CMC, Clerk/Treasurer <br />Be 'eson, Mayor <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Council Member 0' Donnell and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br />All <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared passed and adopted. <br />
