• <br />• <br />Council Member bRiA-u introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-16 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR 3.2 PERMIT AT SAINT <br />JOSEPH'S PARISH <br />WHEREAS, the Parish of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church has made application to the <br />City of Lino Lakes to acquire a 3.2 beer permit, and <br />WHEREAS, the Parish of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church scheduled Eventide on <br />Saturday, February 10, 2001, between 6:30 p.m. — 12:00 p.m., and <br />WHEREAS, the noted event is proposed to be held at 171 Elm Street, Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, Saint Joseph's Catholic Church has submitted a Certificate of Insurance <br />for the dates of the event, and <br />WHEREAS, Saint Joseph's Catholic Church is subject to all the provisions and <br />conditions of the laws of the City of Lino Lakes, the State and of the Federal <br />Government pertaining to such sales, and is revocable for the violation therefore; <br />not transferable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes hereby grants <br />authorization to Saint Joseph's Catholic Church to obtain a 3.2 beer permit under the <br />noted conditions at the above - mentioned location and dates. <br />NOW, THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes hereby does grant <br />permission to sell 3.2 beer on Saturday, February 10, 2001 at Saint Joseph's Parish, 171 <br />Elm Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 22nd day of January 2001. <br />John J! • erges • ir, Mayor <br />
