Council Member Dahl <br />adoption: <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION 01 -21 <br />TRANSIENT MERCHANTS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, James Bard, 6007 Hodgson Road, has complied with all of the provisions <br />of Ordinance No. 01 -89 of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license <br />for a profit organization: <br />NOW, THERFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and by virtue thereof, the <br />said James Bard at 6007 Hodgson Road is hereby authorized to solicit for his own <br />organization for a period of six (6) months starting February 1, 2001 and ending August <br />1, 2001 and subject to all conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />GIVEN UNDER MY HAND and the corporate seal of the City of Lino Lakes this 12th <br />• day of February 2001. <br />• <br />AT` <br />eS e_ <br />Ry- hel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />(Seal) <br />J.
