Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution <br />and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2001 - 24 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT <br />Be it resolved that the City of Lino Lakes enter into a Joint <br />Powers Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Public Safety, <br />Office of Technical Support Services for the T1 access circuit, a <br />defined level of backbone bandwidth, and supported <br />telecommunication equipment which includes (modem, DSU /CSU, and <br />router) . <br />I certify that the above resolution was adopted by the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes on February 12, 2001. <br />Ber'eson , Mayor <br />j .1 /Iw6 <br />Ry- hel Gaustad /GMC, City Clerk - Treasurer <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Council Member O'Donnell and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />All <br />The following voted against same: <br />None <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />• <br />
