• <br />Council Member Reinert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION No. 2001 -26 <br />RESOLUTION EXTENDING SITE PLAN REVIEW AND CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT FOR CIRCLE LEX VFW <br />7868 Lake Drive <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City of Lino Lakes for an <br />extension of the Conditional Use Permit and Site Plan Review for the Circle Lex VFW at <br />7868 Lake Drive originally granted on April 26, 1999. <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes reviewed the request and <br />found it to be reasonable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br />Lino Lakes that the Site Plan Review and Conditional Use Permit granted to the Circle <br />• Lex VFW on April 26, 1999 is hereby extended to April 30, 2002 at which time the <br />permit shall become null and void according to the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Lino <br />Lakes if construction has not commenced. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of February 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />eird.Pj <br />hn '� : erg ion Ma <br />Jo or y <br />Ry -Ch 1 Gaustad, CCM City Clerk <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, Reinert, O'Donnell <br />The following voted against the same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
