• Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and <br />• <br />moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -29 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT 10 (FINAL) FOR THE OTTER LAKE <br />ROAD REALIGNMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the construction of the Otter Lake Road Realignment Project has <br />been completed by Arnt Construction Co., Inc., and; <br />WHEREAS, the one -year warranty period for this project will begin with the final <br />payment. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1.
