• <br />Council Member �-� introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-34 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING APPLICATION FOR 3.2 PERMIT AT SAINT <br />JOSEPH'S PARISH <br />WHEREAS, the Parish of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church has made application to the <br />City of Lino Lakes to acquire a 3.2 beer permit, and <br />WHEREAS, the Parish of Saint Joseph's Catholic Church scheduled a Fish Dinner <br />event on March 30, 2001, between 6:30 p.m. — 12:00 a.m., and <br />WHEREAS, the noted event is proposed to be held at 171 Elm Street, Lino Lakes, and <br />WHEREAS, Saint Joseph's Catholic Church has submitted a Certificate of Insurance <br />for the dates of the event, and <br />WHEREAS, Saint Joseph's Catholic Church is subject to all the provisions and <br />conditions of the laws of the City of Lino Lakes, the State and of the Federal <br />Government pertaining to such sales, and is revocable for the violation therefore; <br />not transferable. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Lino Lakes hereby grants <br />authorization to Saint Joseph's Catholic Church to obtain a 3.2 beer permit under the <br />noted conditions at the above - mentioned location and dates. <br />NOW, THEREFOR BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Lino Lakes hereby does grant <br />permission to sell 3.2 beer on Friday, March 30, 2001 at Saint Joseph's Parish, 171 Elm <br />Street, Lino Lakes, Minnesota. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 12th day of March 2001. — ecua s ,,, r`'' <br />81784"%j <br />John J. er g esUn , Mayor <br />or <br />AT <br />"(a_ <br />Ry -C 1 Gaustad, CMC City Clerk- Treasurer <br />
