01 -38 <br />• Council Member S introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-38 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A SITE AND BUILDING PLAN FOR SUMMIT <br />FIRE PROTECTION <br />WHEREAS, Summit Fire Protection and Ryan Companies submitted an application for a <br />site and building plan, and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Planning & Zoning Board reviewed the project on February <br />13, 2001, and recommended approval with conditions, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, the Lino Lakes City Council approves the site <br />and building plan as described in the staff report for the March 12, 2001 meeting of the <br />City Council, with the following conditions: <br />(attach conditions of approval) <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 1'? day of 001 <br />son a o <br />Jo .
