• <br />• <br />• <br />AGENDA ITEM 7H <br />STAFF ORIGINATOR: John Powell, City Engineer <br />COUNCIL MEETING DATE: March 12, 2001 <br />TOPIC: Resolution No. 01 -40, Receive Feasibility Study for the Saddle <br />Club Utility and Street Improvements. <br />VOTE REQUIRED: Simple Majority <br />BACKGROUND: <br />At the February 26, 2001, City Council meeting, a study was ordered to evaluate <br />the preferred method of providing sanitary sewer and water service to the Saddle <br />Club property. This information will be used by the developer to guide their <br />water and sewer design within the subdivision. The report is being prepared and <br />will be delivered to the City Council at the meeting Monday evening. <br />The only City Council action requested at this time is to receive the report. <br />Further action on improvements outside the limits of the subdivision is delayed <br />until the proposed subdivision receives preliminary City Council approval. <br />OPTIONS: <br />1. Return to staff for further review. <br />2. Adopt Resolution No. 01 -40, Receiving the Feasibility Study for the Saddle <br />Club Utility and Street Improvements. <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />Option No. 2 - Staff recommends that Resolution No. 01 -40 be adopted. <br />
