• <br />• <br />Council Member O'Donnell introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01 -59 <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING PUBLIC HEARING - <br />2001 21 ST AVENUE STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENT. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted March 12, 2001, a report <br />has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of 21 sr <br />Avenue and Northern Lights Boulevard by constructing roadway and storm sewer, and <br />this report was received by the City Council on April 23, 2001, and, <br />WHEREAS, the report provides information regarding whether the proposed project is <br />necessary, cost - effective, and feasible, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such sanitary sewer in accordance <br />with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of the cost of <br />the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br />2.
