• <br />• <br />• <br />Council Member Carlson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-63 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING APPLICATION OF ABATEMENT, 752 MAIN STREET <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has levied an assessment for improvements <br />on 752 Main Street for payable 2001 -2015 taxes, and <br />WHEREAS, it is necessary to abate a specific assessment known as a special assessment <br />for PIN 08- 31 -22 -11 -0003, and <br />WHEREAS, the assessment should be abated from Anoka County Assessment Fund <br />Numbers 83160 and 83161, and <br />WHEREAS, the total assessment should be reduced to zero for 752 Main Street, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The City Engineer is directed to make application for abatement to <br />Anoka County for: <br />Reducing the total assessment to zero for 752 Main Street <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 23`d day of Ap <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />n J rgeson, Mayor <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />Dahl and upon vote being taken theron, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against the same: none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />CERTIFICATION <br />I hereby certify that the above is a correct copy of a resolution duly passed, adopted and <br />approved by the City Council on April 23, 2001. <br />Ry -Chel Gaustad, CMC City Clerk <br />
