• <br />Council Member Dahl introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 01-64 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Anthony Scott Lawler, dba Infinity Advertising was contracted to sell <br />promotions door to door for Kelly's Comer Restaurant in Centerville and Falcon Ridge <br />Golf Course in Stacy, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, Anthony Lawler, dba Infinity Advertising, has applied for a peddlers <br />license, has paid the sum of $250.00 and complied with all of the provisions as required <br />by Ordinance 01 -89 of the City of Lino Lakes for obtaining the necessary license for a <br />profit business; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, by order of the Lino Lakes City Council, and virtue thereof, the <br />said business, Infinity Advertising, is hereby authorized to solicit door to door in the City <br />of Lino Lakes for a period of six (6) months beginning June 12, 2001 subject to all <br />conditions and provisions of said ordinance. <br />PASSED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11`11 of June, 2001. <br />ATTEST: <br />l <br />Th- •• . on for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council <br />Member Carlson and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: Bergeson, Carlson, Dahl, O'Donnell, and Reinert <br />iger, Deputy Clerk <br />rgeson, Mayor <br />The following voted against same: None. <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
