118 <br />March 13, 1973 <br />The special meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to <br />order at 8:10 P.M. by Mayor Bohjanen. Counci Imen present; Jaworski, <br />Marier, Zelinka, Absent; Cardinal. Mr. Locher was also present. <br />Mr. Busch, Mr. Dielentheis and Mr. Meyer were here to represent U.S. <br />Lakes Development Co. <br />This meeting had been called for the purpose of rezoning certain lands <br />in Lakes Add. #2. Mr. Locher read the publication notice to that effect. <br />Mr. Busch said that U.S. Lakes was in agreement to having this property <br />rezoned to RI. <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked for comments from the Council. Mr. Marier questioned <br />the outlots designated on the new plat and what was going to happen <br />to the to the outlots not covered in this rezoning application. He <br />said the intention of the P &Z was that all the lands involved be <br />rezoned to RI. <br />Mr. Locher explained that the outlots being rezoned were the ones <br />designated on Lakes #2 plat since Lakes Add. #3 is not a legal plat <br />yet. The legal description is from Plat #2 and the ones on Plat #3 <br />are what the new designation will be. <br />Mr. Marier felt there should be some reference to work with. <br />Mr. Busch said they have an overlay and Mr. Meyer will get a copy to <br />the office for our files so there will be e continuity to the plats. <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked of there were any objections to this rezoning. There <br />was none. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve rezoning as requested from Agricultural (A) <br />to Residential, Single Family (R -I), the following described real estate <br />situated in the Village of Lino Lakes to wit: Outlots C and 1, Lakes <br />Addition No. 2 and to rezone from Multiple - Family Residential (Townhouse) <br />(R -5) to Residential, Single Family (R -1) and to thereby withdraw any <br />Special Use Permit granted to allow the construction of townhouses on <br />the following decribed real estate, to wit: Outlot G, Lakes Addition <br />No. 2. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to adjourn at 8:30 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. AYE. <br />Apri 19, 1973 <br />The regualr meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Counicl was called <br />to order on Apri 19, 1973 at 8:00 P.M. by Mayor Bohjanen. Council- <br />men present; Cadinal, Marier, Zel inka.. Absent; Jaworski . Mr. Locher <br />and Mr. Gotwald were also present. <br />Mr. Zel irtka moved to approve the minutes of the March 26, 1973 meeting <br />as written. Seconded by Mr. Cardjnal, motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski arrived <br />
