156 <br />June 25, 1973 <br />The next step will be to authorize the Engineer to make a feasibility study <br />to lay out the cost for laterals. Mr. Rehbein said they will put the <br />laterals in the Shenandoah area. Mr. Carley said this can be done because <br />there is only the one owner to deal with. The other areas will require <br />public hearings. Mr. Zelinka moved to put this on the next agenda. Sec- <br />onded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Rehbein asked if Mr. Carley could submit their lateral system. He <br />would like to get these lines in the ground before winter. Mr. Carley <br />said they would be included in his report. Mr. Rehbein asked if the Board <br />will approve these laterals. Mr. Carley said not until actual construction <br />on the interceptor has begun. <br />Mr. Marier asked Mr. Rehbein if his system had been engineered and by whom? <br />Mr. Rehbein said, Yes, by Carley and Associates. <br />Under o l d business, Mr. Locher took up the matter of license renewa l . Mr. <br />LeVesseur's application was in order. Mr. Cardinal moved to deny the license. <br />Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. The 49 Club application has no Liab- <br />ility insurance policy for the renewal of the On -Sale liquor license. Mr. <br />Marier moved to deny the license. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal Motion carried. <br />Mr. Marier moved to approve the off -sale and dance license for the 49 Club. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mrs. Ross's application was in order for off -sale license. Mr. Cardinal <br />moved to approve the license. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Resengren's license had been approved at an earlier date with the stip- <br />ulation that the "10 day written notice" clause be added. This had been <br />done, therefore no action was necessary. <br />Mr. Speiser's app I i cation for 3.2 off -sale was in order. Mr. Cardinal <br />moved to approve the license. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Chomonix Country Club's application had no liability insurance police and <br />and there was a question as to the fulfillment of the requi rement of Vi I lage <br />residency for the holder of the On -Sale liquor license. Mr. Jaworski moved <br />to deny the license until these points could be cleared. Seconded by Mr. <br />Marier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Quinlan's application for 3.2 On -Sale, dance and set -up license were <br />in order only needing the Mayor's and Police Chief's signature on the set- <br />up application. Mr. Cardinal moved the licenses. Seconded by Mr. Marier <br />with the signatures. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cichy's applications for On -Sale, Sunday, & Dance licenses were in order <br />Mr. Zelinka moved to approve the applications. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. <br />Motion carried. <br />Monica Cichy's application of off -sale was in order. Mr. Cardinal moved <br />to approve the application. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />There was discussion on the on -sale liquor licenses that were denied. The <br />necessary Rapers and approval must be taken care of before midnight, June <br />30, 1973, or the establishments wi I I have to close until the licenses are <br />approved. <br />1 <br />1 <br />
