June 25, 1973 <br />#270. & #27I for lack of signature of Department head. Seconded by Mr. <br />Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal requested that the daily time logs be filled in by the em- <br />ployees. He moved to withhold paychecks for maintenance employees unless <br />daily log sheets are completed. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved that before an employee can be reimbursed for time loss <br />due to court appearence, he must give the Clerk an affadivate from his <br />employer stating hours lost and hourly wage. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion <br />carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to pay bills #5183 through #5212 inclusive. Seconded <br />by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to adjourn at 11:50 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Aye. <br />Minutes approved at the meeting of July 9, 1973 <br />Clerk-Treasurer <br />Juen 28, 1973 <br />The special meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to <br />order at 7:30 P.M. by Mayor Bohjanen. Councilmen present; Jaworski, <br />Marier. Absent; Cardinal, Zelinka. This meeting date had been set at the <br />June 25, 1973 regular Council meeting for the purpose of considering liquor <br />applications that were not in order at that meeting. <br />1. The application for the VFW was in order. Mr. Jaworski moved to approve <br />the application. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />2. The application for the Nathe Brothers, dba The 49 Club, was in order. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve the application. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Motion carried. <br />3. The application for Freeman's Bottle Shop was in order. Mr. Marier <br />moved to approve the application. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion <br />carried. <br />4. The application by Stanley Thayer, dba the Blue Heron, was discussed. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to deny the applications for lack of proff of local <br />residentcy, an Ordianance requirement. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion <br />carried. <br />The Clerk was instructed to inform Mr. Thayer of their action and to notify <br />the Police Department that his,-establishment must be closed as of Midnight, <br />June 30, 1973. <br />5. The Chomonix Country Club application was discussed. There was no <br />insurance liability policy with the application. Mr. Marier moved to deny <br />the Chomonix Country Club application for lack of insurance and proff of <br />local residency. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 7:45 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Marier. Aye. <br />Clerk- reasurer <br />Minutes approved at the July 9, 1973 meeting. <br />
