1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />December 26, 1973 <br />Mr. Zelinka had no report. <br />Mr. Locher read the police report on the Bruder property. He had also talked with <br />Mr. Frazer last Sunday. Mr. Frazer said some things had been removed but not much. <br />He had also talked with Mr. Hedke, the man Mr. Bruder works for, and he had said <br />he will continue to asisst in the clean up. Judge Knutson had found that he does <br />not have the authority to order this property cleaned up. It must go through <br />District Court. <br />233 <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked what time Mr. Bruder had to report to the Jail. Mr. Locher said <br />8:00 P.M. Mr. Bruder has plenty of leeway. <br />Mr. Marier asked if this was proper to have the Police check on Mr. Bruder for <br />the probation officer. Mr. Locher said it was. Mr. Marier then suggested that a <br />copy of the Police report be mailed to Mr. Roger Swanson, who is Mr. Bruder's <br />probation officer. <br />The Council also requested that after each week end the Mr. Bruder is released <br />under the Huber Law, the Police check the property and send a report to Mr. Swanson. <br />Mr. Locher read a letter he had written to the Flood Plan Insurance office stating <br />the reason why the Council feels that the Village should not be included in this <br />program. The status of this Village is being reconsidered and Mr. Locher will be <br />contacted. <br />Under old business, Mr. Marvin LeTendre asked if he was to be on the agenda for <br />tonight. Mr. Bohjanen said, No, that he will have to appear at the Planning and <br />Zoning first. Or if he has his material in order, they will call a special meeting <br />for him. <br />There was no new business. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to approve requisitions #347 through #354. Seconded by Mr. <br />Zelinka. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to pay bill #5493 through #5512 and payroll checks #2264 <br />through #2290. Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Marier moved to adjourn at 9:25 P.M. Seconded by Mr. Ja rski. Aye. <br />The minutes approved at the meeting of January 14, 1974. <br />Clerk- Treasurer <br />
