1 <br />1 <br />1 <br />'7 3 <br />April 8, 1974 <br />Mr. Marier moved to have the Clerk find out about the tax deliquent land included <br />in the Open Space program. What is the County's responsibility in reference to this <br />matter. She is to find out how much is deliquent and what the County plans to do <br />and when. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Motion carried. <br />The Clerk was informed that the complete list was in the Blaine Life. Mr. Bohjanen <br />said he had an extra copy and will drop it off at the office. <br />Mr. McLean said he had no suggested changes of Ordinance #57A. He asked if any of <br />the Council had any questions or suggested changes. There was none. Mr. McLean <br />moved to approve Ordinance 57A as presented and to publish. Seconded by Mr. Marier. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. McLean presented two bids on fencing for Lino Park. One from North Suburban for <br />$2250.00 for 890' and $2.50 for each each lineal foot; one fromkSears for $246.05 <br />for 890' and $2.38 for each extra lineal foot. In reviewing the Park it was computed <br />that 940' of fencing would be needed to enclose the Park. In reviewing the total <br />cost, Mr. McLean moved to accept the lowest bid of $2375.00 from North Suburban <br />Fence Company, the installation to be supervised by Mr. Gotwald. <br />Mr. Marier asked who is to pay for this fence. Mr. McLean said this would be paid <br />for by the City. This would use the amount set aside by the City for the years of <br />1973 and 1974. Motion was seconded by Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. McLean asked about the status of the Skyline Auto Body operation. <br />Mr. Bohjanen said he had talked with Mary and it was felt that the citation should <br />be signed by the Building Inspector. Mr. Marier did not think that the Building <br />Inspector could issue a citation; he didn't think this would be legal. He thought <br />the Building Inspector could co -sign the citation. <br />Mr. Jaworski asked who the citation is to be issued to. <br />Mr. Marier said Able Systems. They constructed the building without a permit and <br />told the Council that it was only temporary and would be removed at the Council's <br />request. They have been asked to remove the structure and have not compiled. <br />Mr. Locher said that both parties could be tagged. <br />Mr. Marier moved to have the Police and Building Inspector issue a citation to <br />Able Systems and Skyline Auto body and enforce the Ordinance. Seconded by Mr. McLean. <br />Motion carried. <br />Mr. Locher presented the Ordinance prohibiting parking or putting anything on the <br />streets especially blocking snow plowing. The Councilmen had read the Ordinance and <br />had no additions or changes. Mr. Jaworski moved to adopt the Ordinance. Seconded by <br />Mr. Marier. Motion carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski asked the status of Mr. Bruder. <br />Mr. Locher said he had talked with Mr. Bruder's employer and had been assured as <br />soon as the snow went they would start cleaning up the property, especially the <br />old truck. <br />
