No one else in the seven county area is being <br />asked to conform to the WPC40 suggested rules and regulations. <br />There was discussion on the ways and means of trying to enforce such a law. A <br />septic system cannot be properly inspected without being dug up and people will <br />not do this. This will be a point to be heard by thePhysical Development Committee. <br />Mr. McLean moved to authorize Mr. Gotwald, Mr. Locher and Mr. Short to prepare <br />all necessary documents.
