Copies of the letter will be sent to each of the Council. <br />Mr. Scherer stated that he had heard from Mr. Burman that the service road <br />near 64th will be black- topped and he wished to know whether anything will <br />be done with 64th. Mr. Gotwald stated that we must give notification to <br />Lindberg Construction via the Attorney that we will do_work on 64th if Lind- <br />berg doesn't. The Clerk will contact Mr. Locher. <br />Mr. James Gruber complained on the Lakeview approach on North Road. Mr. Backlin <br />had talked to Mr. Lundheim about this matter; the county will take care of this <br />when the black- topping is completed. We will check with the county about a <br />temporary solution. <br />Mr. Gruber also complained about several horses in the Lakeview area. The <br />police will check. <br />Mr. Scherer asked whether the two ends of Holly Drive will be connected as he <br />had talked to a real-estate man who would like to build 15 $30- 45,000 homes <br />along Holly Drive between Centerville Road and 12th Avenue. Mr. L'Allier . <br />stated that nothing is planned for this as we have been unable to get additional <br />right -of -way. <br />Mr. Cardinal made a motion to authorize Mr. Rosengren to work out an arrangement <br />with Centerville exchanging grading work on Peltier Drive for work on Cen- <br />terville Lake Road. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Cerried.i <br />Mr. L'Allier announced a meeting at the Anoka County Courthouse on June 12 at <br />10 AM to choose a representative from Washington and Anoka Counties to the <br />Metropolitan Transit Commission. We are allowed to nominate three persons and <br />Mr. L'Allier stated that Bruce Nawrocki would be his choice. (He has worked <br />against the proposed mini bus project on the Nicollet Mali in Minneapolis.) <br />Mr. L'Allier thanked the Clerk for the work sheets shoring running total for <br />expenditures and receipts in the various funds. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved that the bills be paid as audited.
