1 <br />Minutes of the July 8 meeting approved at July 22, 1968, meeti <br />A special meeting of the Lino Lakes Village Council was called to order by Acting <br />Mayor Bohjanen, on July 17, 1968, at 9:42 P.M. immediately following a Planning <br />and Zoning meeting. Members present were: Bohjanen, Cardinal, Jaworski. Absent: <br />Rosengren and L'Allier. (Mayor L'Allier was out of town on business.) <br />Mr. Bohjanen asked Mr. Locher to state the technicalities concerning the request <br />of W. Eugene Blomquist to have some of his land platted. W. Locher stated that <br />the Council had been present at the Public Hearing and the P&Z meeting and knew <br />most of the details. He indicated that the plat had been approved by Mr. Gotwald <br />and tie Planning and Zoning Board but that the title search bad not been completed. <br />This would be a permanent plat with six foot utility easements at the back of each <br />lot and the west side of Lot 6, The Attorney mentioned that the ordinance on Park <br />Dedication had been passed before the platting had been approved by the Council. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved that the Council accept the plat, subject to abstract search <br />by the Attorney, to be known as Blomquist Addition having the following legal <br />description: <br />The South 200 feet of the West 475 feet of the Southwest 1/4 of the <br />Southeast 1/4 of Section 31, Township 31 N, Range 22 W, Anoka County <br />Minnesota, also known as being part of Lot 3, Auditor;s Subdivision No. <br />107, Anoka County, Minnesota. <br />Seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to review the matter of park dedication at the next regular <br />council meeting, July22, when there would be a full Council. Seconded by Mr. <br />Cardinal. Carried. <br />It was mentioned that the preliminary plat had been presented before the park <br />dedication was passed. <br />Mr. Cardinal moved to authorize the mayor and the clerk - treasurer to sign the <br />plat at any convenient time. Seconded by Mr. Jaworski. Carried. <br />Mr. Jaworski moved to adjourn at 9:47, seconded by Mr. Cardinal. Carried. <br />Minutes approved at meeting of July 22, 1968, , Deputy Clerk <br />
