Ken Rehbein was complimented by Mayor Kelling for keeping council informed <br />and for his fine cooperation. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, that Mary Rehbein's application be turned <br />over to the Planning and Zoning Commission. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second be Speiser, that a hearing for Mary Rehbein's <br />request be had on February 11, 1963 at 8 :00 P.M., at the council meeting. All <br />voted in favor. <br />Mr. Backlin reported that the drainage on Lilac Lane has begun.
