Ken Rehbein was complimented by Mayor Kelling for keeping council informed <br />and for his fine cooperation. <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, that Mary Rehbein's application be turned <br />over to the Planning and Zoning Commission. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second be Speiser, that a hearing for Mary Rehbein's <br />request be had on February 11, 1963 at 8 :00 P.M., at the council meeting. All <br />voted in favor. <br />Mr. Backlin reported that the drainage on Lilac Lane has begun. Also that the <br />Village plow was damaged when it hit a gas main, it is being repaired. <br />Henry Rosengren reported the following Fund Balances: <br />General Fund <br />Gopher Fund <br />Fire Fund <br />Civil Defense <br />Parks and Playgrounds <br />Dept Redemption <br />Road and Bridge - <br />Balance <br />$4,665.88 <br />$ 554.10 <br />$1,224.49 <br />$ 904.05 <br />$ 432.15 <br />$3,578.25 <br />$3,153.93 <br />$8,244.99 <br />Motion by Kelling, second by Backlit, that $3,500.00 be transfered from General Fund <br />to Road and Bridge Fund.
