Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, that Mr. Heckenliable's expenses be paid by the village. All voted in favor. Mayor Kelling, suggested that Clerk Hauer keep a supply of post cards on hand, for the council members use. Motion by Heckenlieble, second by Backlin, the Council grant rezoning permit for Mary Rehbein. All voted in favor. Milner W. Carley, Village Engineer, reported thet we continue our present house numbering system. Attorney Babcock, reported the case of Lido Lakes vs. Lawrence Murphy would be heard before a six -man jury in Anoka on February 13, 1963. Constable Anderson, reported on the rifle ranges of McCortbville and Gustafson. He said they were safe for shot guns and .22 caliber rifles, but not for high pow- ered rifles. No action was taken until Attorney Babcock checks on the State Laws. Al Dupre, reported that he appreciated the approval of the Council on the rezoning of Mary Rehbein's property.
