Motion by Kelling, second by Speiser, that Mr. Heckenliable's expenses be paid by <br />the village. All voted in favor. <br />Mayor Kelling, suggested that Clerk Hauer keep a supply of post cards on hand, for <br />the council members use. <br />Motion by Heckenlieble, second by Backlin, the Council grant rezoning permit for <br />Mary Rehbein. All voted in favor. <br />Milner W. Carley, Village Engineer, reported thet we continue our present house <br />numbering system. <br />Attorney Babcock, reported the case of Lido Lakes vs. Lawrence Murphy would be <br />heard before a six -man jury in Anoka on February 13, 1963. <br />Constable Anderson, reported on the rifle ranges of McCortbville and Gustafson. <br />He said they were safe for shot guns and .22 caliber rifles, but not for high pow- <br />ered rifles. No action was taken until Attorney Babcock checks on the State Laws. <br />Al Dupre, reported that he appreciated the approval of the Council on the rezoning <br />of Mary Rehbein's property. <br />Emily Rehbein, Treasurer, reported village books for 1962 were ready for auditing. <br />Bills Audited: <br />1308 Babcock and Locher Legal services $116.71 <br />1309 Circulating Pines, Inc.
