11 <br />Ordinance will take effect on publication. <br />IIIMotion by Backlin, second by Speiser, meeting be adjourned. All in favor. <br />1 <br />Clerk <br />Minutes approved on March 25, 1963 <br />Meeting of the Council de Lilo Lakes March 25, 1963 <br />Members rresent as follows; Mayor gelling; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable, Speiser <br />and Clerk Hauer. <br />The minutes of the preceding meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by <br />Backlin, they be accepted as read. All voted in favor. <br />The minutes of the Special meeting were read and on motion by Heckenliable, second <br />by Speiser, they be accepted as read. All voted in faovr. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that Ordinance #31 (Liquor Ordinance) passed <br />as revised at meeting on March 18, 1963. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Heckenliable, A request by Roy Stanley, for the Boy <br />Scouts to have a Bingo Game at the Lino Lakes Annual School Carnital, be approved. <br />All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Backlin, reported that he will check on the frame of the snow plow, because it <br />has been damaged so often. Also he stated that he would check on the loader for the <br />tractor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, for Village Engineer, to get bids on 3,000 <br />yds of gravel for village use. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Telling, for Engineer to go with Mr, Backlin, to Lake- <br />view Addition, to check on the roads for resurfacing - -- raising roads and drainage. All <br />voted in favor. <br />Mr. Speiser, reported that we get bids for grading of village Parks, 15,700 cubic yds <br />of grading--sell bonds before bids are sent out. <br />Brush cleaning isn't done because of snow. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, for Luther LeVesseur to plant trees for <br />Village Park. Six Scotch Pines, Ten Ash Trees, and Five Elm Trees, total of 21 trees <br />for $100.00. He will plant and gaurantee to grow and take care of them for one year. <br />All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Heckenliable, reported that the request of Richard Lichtscheidl, to rezone his <br />property to commercial was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission. He also <br />discussed the minimum house size regulation, he stated too that we should revise the <br />IIIOrdinance. He invited everyone to attend the Planning Meeting on April 17, 1963. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, for one council member, one Planning mem- <br />ber and the building inspector, to check on the size of any and all buildings before <br />they are moved into the village. And to add this to the Ordinance #30, they will be <br />paid mileage. Mayor No. Carried. Building inspector and constables ate to check on <br />the cleaning of the LaMire property and who is responsible. He also reported on the <br />
