13 <br />Meeting of the Council of Lino Lakes on April 8, 1963 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Ielling, Trustee's Backlin, Heckenliable, <br />and Speiser, Clerk Hauer. <br />The mintues of the preceing meeting wereread on motion by Heckaliable second <br />by Backlin, minutes be approved, all in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, special use pemit for Alcdck garage be <br />turned over to Planning & Zoning Commission, all in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, seonnd by Ielling, a hearing on the Dick Lichtscheidl <br />rezoning petition be held on May 13, 1963, all in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser that a shooting license for 22's and <br />shotguns be issued. to James Gustafson, all in favor. <br />Motion by Speiser, second. by Yelling that cigarette licenses, on and off sale, <br />7.2 malt beverages licenses, be issued to Ann Ross, lessee of Lino Lakes store, <br />all in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser for Clerk to write to County Sheriff <br />Ralph Talbott and invite him to a council meeting, all in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Heckenliable to issue off -sale liquor license to <br />Louis Letendre all in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Backlin to issue off -sale liquor licenses to Hank <br />Rosengren, all in favor. <br />Trustee Backlin reported the village tractor was delivered last week and suggested <br />the council consider purchasing a gopher posioning; attachment with possible <br />elimiEtion of gopher bounties, also checked on loader for tractor. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin to purchase a barn door for approximately <br />$175.00, all in favor. <br />Speiser reported that brushing is finished and. plumbing is started at village <br />park. He also informed the council that the LaMotte property near the proposed <br />Centerville Lake county park will be ditched this summer and suggested the <br />council to inspect adjacent property to determine if the village should: also <br />ditch for proper4lrainage. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser to pass a resolution for sale of bonds for <br />village on -May /3, 19o3, all in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser that bids for grading of park and <br />-playground area to be received on April 22, 1963, all in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, bids be let for 3000 yards of gravel, all <br />in favor. <br />
