Mr. Backlin, reported on sprayer's for weeds, andcutting of grass in Pillage. Also <br />checked on various roads. The installation of the rotary mowers is almost ready. <br />Motion by Telling, second by Backlin, to advertise in the paper for part time help <br />for village equipment. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that $2.00 per hour be paid for tractor driver. <br />All voted in favor. <br />9 <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, Engineer to get an estimated cost of drainage and <br />repair of streets in Lakeveiw Additions. All voted in favor. <br />Engineer, reported on the streets in Lakeveiw Addition the cost for oiling would be <br />$4,608.00 <br />Mayor Telling, reported theat he had contacted the County Sheriff's office about a meet- <br />ing proposed by the Sheriff and suggested council agree on a date for the meeting. <br />Also that the Lakeveiw Addition improvement bonds be paid before July lst. <br />Mr. Speiser, reported that grading of Tillage Parks has started and would be completed <br />in about 3 weeks. The contra.ctsrwould charge by the hour to bury stumps in park. Also <br />that he gave permission to Mrs. Billik to tear down and burn the old garage on the <br />property. <br />Mr. Heckenliable , reported the hearing for Le Roy Ireck be held on June 10, 1963. <br />Elmer Crohn, presented the council with maps of proposed development School Addition. <br />Motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, that maps be turned over to council members for <br />further study. All voted in favor. <br />Larry Brown, reported on junk yard on the Zelinka property, and asked about rezonning the <br />property. <br />Motion by Telling, second by Speiser, that Glen Rehbein, of the Planning Board, and <br />Mr. Heckenliable of the Council, assibb the building inspector in checking on buildingd <br />being moved into the Tillage. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Telling, second by Heckenliable, the village engineer draw up specie for <br />Ten Rehbein. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by ! eckenliable, second by Speiser, that the "Off Sale" liquor license for <br />Louis LeTendre be reveiwed.
