All voted in favor. <br />Motion by telling, second by Backlin, to approve the license applications for "On & Off <br />Sale" beer with dancing , cigarette and setups for Richard Lichtscheidl. All voted in <br />Favor. <br />Motion by Kellik, second by Speiser, to approve "On & Off Sale" beer license application <br />for Gilbert St. Sauver. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Yelling, to approve "On & Off Sale" beer license applications <br />for Annie Boss. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Speiser, to approve the "On & Off Sale" beer license with <br />dancing and cigarette licp »sP applications for Andrew P. Hauer. Hauer abstained, carried. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Heckenliable, to approve "On & Off Sale" beer with dancing and <br />set up license applications for Elna Baxter. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Speiser, to approve "On & Off Sale" beer with dancing and <br />setup license applications for Ralph Nathe. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, to approve setup license application for Andrew P. <br />Heuer. Hauer abstained, carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, <br />Imixsax, reported that all the weeds had been cut in village and weed spraying will <br />start this week. Also checck on amount to charge Columbus for cutting weeds. <br />Engineerlp reported on Pillage Park, grading was done and turned in bill witholding 10% III <br />until council members checked on work done. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Backlin, notice be put in the Circulating Pines about the <br />cutting of weeds in vacant lots in village. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, that Village Engineer and Backlin check the Bald <br />Eagle road for graveling. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to turn down the "0n Sale" liquor license for <br />the Red Floor Inn. All voted in favor. <br />Mr. Speiser, reported that Hoekstra did a fine job of grading Village Park. Also that he <br />would turn in a bill for the burning of stumps which was extra. <br />Motion by telling second by Heckenliable, to get a easemenfr from Lena Billik for a raad <br />for the park. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Heckenliable, that Speiser seed the Pillage Park with rye and <br />grass seed this fall. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Backlin, seco #d by Speiser, to grant permission for Trap Shooting Range for Mar- <br />than Sun Club. All voted in favor. <br />Robert Raymond, reported on a police car from New Brighton. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Yelling, to give Dennis Anderson permission to offer a <br />$950.00 bid for the car if approved by Moga & Speiser Ga.1age. All voted in favor. <br />
