Meeting; of the Council of Lino Lakes on September 9, 1963 Members present as follows: Mayor Yelling; Trusteels Backlin, Heckenliable, Speiser and Clerk Hauer. The minutes of the prrcedin: meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, they be accepted as reed. All voted in favor. Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliab1e, to grant permission to St. Joseph's Church, to have Bingo. Carried. Robert Raymond, recommended Arvid Roth as Constable, to fill the vacancy made by Dennis Anderson. Motion by gelling, second by Backlin, to appoint Arvid Roth to fill the vacancy for the rest of Anderson's term. Carried. Mr. Speiser, reported on the Tillage Parks. Mr. Backlin, reported on the various roads in the Tillage. In affidavits on the Marshn Lane Road was read and on a motion by Yellin;, second by Speiser, that it be filed by the Clerk. Carried. Mr. Backlin, also reported on the repair needs on the snowplow. Motio; by Yellin;, second by Heckenliable, for Mr. Backlin, to check on a new under carria -e 'orthe snowplow. Carried. Mr. Backlin, also reported that all the lots in the Lakeview Addition have been cut, and the bills were turned over to the Tillage Attornfy. Motion by Heckenliable, second by Yelling, to grant a. Special Use Permit for a Sea Plane Base on Rice Lake with same limitations as the Surfside Sea. Plane Base. Carried. Motion by Yelling, second by Backlin, to deny Special Use Permit for the Henrikson trailer Court. Yelling, Backlin, and Speiser - -Yes, Heckenlia.ble, Mauer--Yo.. Carried. Mr. Henrikson, reported on house trailers. Mr. $udder, asked for a resolution on a Bank in Lexington. Motion by Telling, second. by Heckenliable, that the Council make a resolution to establish, a Bank in this area. Carried. Treasurer, reported General Fund Civil Lef€;r. Der.)
