Meeting; of the Council of Lino Lakes on September 9, 1963 <br />Members present as follows: Mayor Yelling; Trusteels Backlin, Heckenliable, Speiser and <br />Clerk Hauer. <br />The minutes of the prrcedin: meeting were read and on motion by Speiser, second by Backlin, <br />they be accepted as reed. All voted in favor. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by Heckenliab1e, to grant permission to St. Joseph's Church, to <br />have Bingo. Carried. <br />Robert Raymond, recommended Arvid Roth as Constable, to fill the vacancy made by Dennis <br />Anderson. <br />Motion by gelling, second by Backlin, to appoint Arvid Roth to fill the vacancy for the <br />rest of Anderson's term. Carried. <br />Mr. Speiser, reported on the Tillage Parks. <br />Mr. Backlin, reported on the various roads in the Tillage. <br />In affidavits on the Marshn Lane Road was read and on a motion by Yellin;, second by Speiser, <br />that it be filed by the Clerk. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, also reported on the repair needs on the snowplow. <br />Motio; by Yellin;, second by Heckenliable, for Mr. Backlin, to check on a new under carria -e <br />'orthe snowplow. Carried. <br />Mr. Backlin, also reported that all the lots in the Lakeview Addition have been cut, and the <br />bills were turned over to the Tillage Attornfy. <br />Motion by Heckenliable, second by Yelling, to grant a. Special Use Permit for a Sea Plane Base <br />on Rice Lake with same limitations as the Surfside Sea. Plane Base. Carried. <br />Motion by Yelling, second by Backlin, to deny Special Use Permit for the Henrikson trailer <br />Court. Yelling, Backlin, and Speiser - -Yes, Heckenlia.ble, Mauer--Yo.. Carried. <br />Mr. Henrikson, reported on house trailers. <br />Mr. $udder, asked for a resolution on a Bank in Lexington. <br />Motion by Telling, second. by Heckenliable, that the Council make a resolution to establish, <br />a Bank in this area. Carried. <br />Treasurer, reported <br />General Fund <br />Civil Lef€;r. <br />Der.) RFCtrp_dtion <br />the following fund balance.
