4,0 <br />1Yeettng of the Council of Lino Likes on December 9, 1963 <br />Members present as follows; Trustee's Backlin, Heckenlialle, Speiser; Meyor Yelling, <br />and Clerk Hauer. <br />Mintutes of the preceding metigg were read and on motion by Backlin, second. by Heck- <br />enliable, they be accepted as read. Carried. <br />Clerk Hauer, received a withdrawal of a Special Use Permit from Howard Hoffman. <br />Mr. Backlin, reports the need for more snow fence, he also checked on the road betveen <br />the Tillage Park and Joe Yrammer's property. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, the Engineer should make a survey on the Road be- <br />tween the Perk and Joe 'Crammer's Property. Carried. <br />Notion by Backlin, second. by Yelling, to haul up to 20 tons of kkits chemical mixed <br />sand from the County. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Speiser, to pay LaTelle Excavating the balance of $1,536.70 <br />for work completed. Carried. <br />Motion by Backlin, second by Heckenliable, to purchase bonds immix from the New Brighton <br />Bank as per the resolution read by the Attorney. Carried. <br />Mr. Smith of Lot #11, appeared and explained his intentions of said property. <br />Mr. Speiser, reports, the buildingq in the park are now bTing heated and he has the paint <br />and is ready to paint. Ee also suggested to pay Mrs. Billik for maintenance on perk. <br />Motion by Speiser, second by HeckenliEble, to pay Mrs. Billik $25.00 per month for work <br />done on the park.
